Located just east of Dallas, MA Partners entitled, purchased and then sold this 165-acre tract to the Hunt family in 2004. The first two phases were developed and the remaining land (3rd phase) was held for several years. MA Partners purchased this final phase back from the Hunt family in 2017 for $1.8 million. Engineering has begun and paper lots will be sold to a national builder in spring of 2018 for $3.6 million.
