Located adjacent to The Woodlands, The Reserve at Autumnwood was once a planned community with lots under contract to a national homebuilder. During the downturn in the real estate market, the homebuilder fell out. MA Partners changed courses and converted The Reserve at Autumnwood into a large lot community for sale to individuals and custom builders. MA Partners turned a negative situation into a positive one for the venture.
